ORDER PROCESS

  1. During the checkout you can select the shipping options.
  2. You will receive an email confirmation of your order as soon as you click "Confirm" on the order form.
  3. Once you have clicked "Confirm", you cannot cancel your order until you receive it.

PAYMENT

You can pay for your order on IndianBasket.se using the following modes of payment:

1. Cash on Delivery

2. Swish on Delivery

What is Cash on delivery?

Cash on delivery means that you can pay cash for your order at the time of delivery at your doorstep to our delivery team.

What is Swish on delivery?

Swish on delivery is very simple, you can pay through Swish app at the time of order delivery. 

SHIPPING

We deliver products only in Stockholm for now. We will deliver the orders within 3-5 days.

The standard delivery fee for an order is SEK 50. We provide free delivery within Stockholm limits to the delivery address for orders above SEK 500.

In case of a delay, our customer support team will keep you updated about the delivery status.

You can cancel an order before the start of delivery, by contacting our customer support team. But it is not possible to cancel after the delivery. Kindly contact us via phone and confirm the cancellation.

If I received and product which has crossed the expiry date / defective / damaged etc, how can I get it replaced or returned?

We always have 100% quality products and do periodic quality checks, so it is unlikely to have an expired or defective product getting delivered. But, in case if you are not satisfied with any product for any reasons, you can return it to our representative at the time of delivery itself or you can contact our customer support team.

What is the return policy?

If you do not want a product you can return it within 2 days from the date of delivery. The product should be in the same condition as when you received it, so we can either exchange the product or return the payment. Customer needs to bear the delivery charges for return.

Is it possible to add or remove products after order placement?

After the order has been placed successfully, you will not be able to make modifications on the website. Please contact our customer support team for any modification, so we can try to accommodate your request. 

Can I modify the order after the order placement / check out?

No, you will not be able to make any changes to your order after the order has been placed. However, you may contact our customer service number and they will try and accommodate whatever is possible during that time. But still, if the order has been dispatched, then no modifications are possible.

PRIVACY

All collected email addresses and personal information registered through order forms and newsletter subscriptions will not be disclosed to third parties. We can email to registered members or buyers or advertisers in order to advertise our merchandise and services. We can use their email address only for communication or advertising purposes. They will only be used to contact and notify our customers of new arrivals of merchandise and replies to questions or comments about our service / site.
